Fig 2: Relationship between FANCE and immune checkpoint related genes. The larger the area of the circle, the darker the color and the greater the correlation. The asterisk in the circle indicates statistical significance. The results showed that there was a significant correlation (*P<0.05) between the expression of FANCE and reported immune-related genes (CD274, HAVCR2, CTLA4, LAG3, PDCD1, TIGIT), but no significant co-expression between PDCD1LG2 and FANCE relationship.

(B, C) Similar negative correlations were observed with the level of infiltrating lymphocytes in HPV-negative HNSC samples, but no significant correlation was found in HPV-positive patients.
